Our company's mechanical workshop features a fleet of machines capable of ensuring high flexibility for 3-, 4-, and 5-axis machining, significantly reducing delivery times without compromising the quality and reliability of the entire production process.
Luigi Miglioranza uses CNC milling machines for 3D milling and contract manufacturing. The entire production process is carried out in-house, from the creation of the mold holders to the various three-dimensional shapes, ensuring high final quality. Semi-finished products are hand-finished to ensure optimal workmanship, measured and carefully checked before being returned to the customer.

5-axis machining centers are ideal for high-precision machining because they allow for fewer workpiece setups than traditional 3-axis milling machines. Our 5-axis machining center is based on DMG Mori milling machines, market leaders in 5-axis machining. Simultaneous machining operations can be handled with high precision and flexibility.
