Our mechanical laboratory has a range of machines capable of ensuring high flexibility in 3-, 4- and 5-axis machining. This considerably reduces delivery times while maintaining quality and reliability throughout the entire production process.

At Luigi Miglioranza, we have CNC machines for milling 3D shapes and production lots for third parties. The entire production process is carried out in our factory, from the creation of mould holders to different three-dimensional shapes, guaranteeing high-quality final products. Semi-finished products are finished by hand in order to guarantee optimal work. They are accurately measured and checked before being returned to you.

5-AXIS work centre

Our five-axis milling machines are suitable for high-precision machining since they entail a smaller number of clamps than traditional 3-axis milling machines. Our 5-axis machining centre relies on DMG Mori milling machines, market leaders in 5-axis machining. Simultaneous processing can therefore be managed with high precision and flexibility. With multiple processing solutions, we can respond to any requirement you may have. In this way, we can manage our market line in high-speed, dynamic milling and high-performance, high-torque chiseling, guaranteeing optimal conditions for any application, from the aerospace industry to general mechanics to mould production.
